Dan Bridges arguing in the Washington Supreme Court on the scope of the attorney-client privilege in Hermanson v. MultiCare.  This is one of the first Zoom arguments used by the Supreme Court and it was not entirely free of technical glitches.  However, the Court and attorneys soldiered on and despite the several technical complications beyond any person's control the the argument is clear.
